I'm a bit of an LED nerd (I've always liked the look they give better than halogen) - so the first upgrades I've done have all been around LED lights.
I replaced every internal bulb and the rear license plate bulbs with a kit from Amazon- definitely changes the look/brightness with the interior lights (and only cost around $13).
The big one I like to talk about though is the rear bulbs. I've always hated the clear halogen in the red enclosure (gives off more of a pink color vs a bright red)- and with my 2019 Acadia, I found red LED bulbs that work without having to tap in a resistor. Great thing was, the Tacoma uses the same bulb sizes, so I just moved them over.
For the rear brake, turn, and reverse lights, I used Lasfit internally resisted bulbs. These don't require you tapping the cable to install a resistor because they are internally resisted- they really are plug and play. These look great, have worked very well, and are very bright. I've actually contacted Lasfit quite a few times for various things - they are extremely responsive and very easy to work with. I've yet to have any issues, but if I do, I doubt I'll have any issues getting support.
