Make sure you use your stock lug nuts with the stock wheels. They have a shoulder that sits inside of the wheel. Keeping it lined up. Going down the road I look over and see my tire flying through the woods..

This isn't all that uncommon. I've seen this happen a lot. Wrong lug nuts/ wrong wheels. At least no one got hurt and your truck didn't get wrecked.

I would ditch those wheels and spacers and go after market

Yup. I’m guessing you used the bolts from the spacers on the wheels?

Yeah when I got my wheel locks they was trying to sell me acorn lug nut locks. I told them they were not the right ones and I was told they would still work. They got mad at me for not buying them. I got them offline and they was the right ones.
