Lift/suspension

I bought my 05 tacoma with a 6in rough country lift kit on it. The suspension is terrible. Definitely not meant for off road territory.
Any suggestions on kits? I want to put a 3" on it

Unfortunately since it has a 6 inch lift, the lower crossmember was cut out to mount the drop bracket. Going to a 3 inch lift will need a crossmember welded back in.
