Lower control arm alignment adjuster lubrication

Somewhere on this forum I read an article that fully discussed the lubrication of the lower control arm alignment adjusters on third generation 4wd trucks before they seize in place from water and salt. I looked all over an cannot find the article. I thought that I book marked them but I was wrong.

Can anyone find a link to the article. Thank you all for your help.
