Maintenance Required Light

I have a 2006 standard taco and I was out in some cinders going pretty hard and this light came on. I believe it's the coolant but I'm not sure but can't take it into the shop. Any ideas?

It's to remind you to change the oil. Comes on every 5k miles

So is there a way for me to turn it off? I to red looking up a video and doing the reset on it but it didn't work.

Owner's manual procedure (05-11):

Select ODO with the key off. Push and hold the ODO button and turn the key to on (don't start). It will count down dashes (----) and flash 0's. You're done.

Or change yer oil every 4999 & 9/10ths mile ? This should eliminate that troublesome light...
