New clutch kit in and now after 3 weeks making noises

I recently had a new clutch kit put in my 07 Tacoma 4x4, and now after about 3 weeks it started making a noise where the clutch is I guess. I do know when I push clutch peddle in and release, it will stop but little later will do the same. only makes this noise in natural while at idle.
Any ideas on what might have went wrong???
