Noise after lift

So after i installed a 3 in rough country spacer lift im getting two noises that are bugging me really bad , one is a clicking or popping noise whenever the front end bounces i was thinking mabye lower control arm bushings and the other noise is a vibe when at low speeds and i noticed that my center support on rear drive shaft has a half inch of play inside the support like the shaft can move around a half inch inside the rubber grommet that holds it at the half mark anyone else experience this.

I installed a 2 1/2 lift from dynastar with 1 1/2 rear block and 3 month after a totally destroyed one front bearing but probably not sound like what hear

Yea doesnt sound like a beating its not a constant grinding noise just a pop or click

Try checking your sway bar end links..

Greased u joints and it seems to be gone for now

For clicking noise, look at your inner tie rods. I had same thing driver side. Sounded like a small stick in my bicycle tire.

Also, I have a bad control arm bushing and have a minor shutter between 30-40MPH. The bushing isn't emergency repair but something to do when funds allow.
