OBD II Port

I was crawling around under the dash of my 2013 Taco and realized I can't find the OBD II port. Most older cars have one under the dash on the drivers side. Does anyone know where it is or if Toyota eliminated it to keep the owners from checking and clearing trouble codes?

It's pretty close to the hood release with a black cover on it.

I thought that was the interface for the alarm? I'll check again tomight.
