Ok....seriously.

Sounds like a bearing going out in the serpentine belt system.

Quick way to check. Remove the serp belt, then run the engine for a few minutes. If the noise goes away, then you have narrowed the search. If the noise persists, then reinstall the belt and look to other possible sources.

Don't bother asking if the belt can be removed with one arm. If you can't find an able body who can.

At this point probably find a good mechanic to diagnose the problem. You have too many different opinions on a poor quality video. Everyone is just guessing.

would that lifter fix/adjustment involve removing the valve cover?
is diy possible for it?

Careful. The subject is posted in the 70,000 mile topic.............

Agree with TacoKen. Take it to a dealer.

I'm sure if it gets bad enough the ECM throw some code.

But, the code may indicate a separate problem that is a symptom of the valve clearance.

Go to a Toyota mechanic. Or just run it as is. I'm sure the engine will eventually fail confirming a problem.

You could always dump in a higher viscosity oil to mask the sound. This is an old trick for selling clapped out rides.
