Offset?

So I have my wheels off so I can do my lift. I know that they are a 16x8. How do I know what the offset is? There is a 12 and a 13 on a couple of the spokes.

These are the wheels I have. I just found the specs on them through tire rack. They came on the truck when I bought it.
Looks like a 0 offset and 4.5 on back spacing.
How well will these work with 285 75 16 tires? I’m looking at getting copper discoverer stt pro’s
