Any oil brand that tickles your fancy with a OEM filter. Most use Mobil One because it's inexpensive and it's synthetic.

I run Mobil 1 in all my vehicles. Wix filters are good but when I can I prefer OEM. I'm not too sure about the "0" weight, I think it would be like sewing machine oil.

Mobil 1 , 5w20 Year round, change every 6 K regardless of color, with a couple OZ. of synthetic oil stabilizer, K&N Cleanable oil Filter , with added neomag glued to the outside of the can, makes cleaning a whole lot more healthy for Your engine. And your pocket book ....

I've always run Valvoline 10W30 in my 2001 Tacoma. It gets changed every 3000-5000 miles. Does great and it has 334,000 miles on it.

I was curious how do I find out what oil they’ve been using in my 13 taco? I bought it used from a dealer last year and it’s time for oil change.

5w20 synthetic , your engine will last till 150 K
Change every 5 k. Check every other full tank of fuel midgrade minimum...

No real way to find out. If the dealer has been doing it then it’s just generic 55 gallon drum oil.

Either one. It’s up to you. Just make sure it’s the right weight.
I would use synthetic and change it every 5-7k miles depending on how you drive.
