All those do is tell the ECU you are using more throttle than you actually are. There would be no increase in power.

It's probably the same thing as the pedal commander or shift sense pro.

Its the same as pedal commander, it alters the throttle pedal signal.

As others said it doesn’t produce more power but throttle response is quicker. It maybe a placebo effect but definitely drives smoother. Doesn’t search for gears as often or feel like bogging out when accelerating into the freeway.
