So I get a bed mat for the Taco for Christmas (thanks hun!). Now I got this cardboard box that’s 5’ long and about 1’ square with “Genuine Toyota/Lexus Parts” on it. It’s open at one end and has the plastic wrap in it. Recycling day is tomorrow so I left it on the front porch last night and was gonna leave it at the curb this afternoon.
Slept late. Lazy morning. Watched movies. Went to take out the recycling just now and guess what’s not on my front porch? Yeah...a long, empty cardboard box.
Your call....unlucky porch pirates or the recycling fairy? [emoji23]

LOL......that's funny! We put an old broken recliner at the curb.....put FREE sign on it........sat there for 3 days........went out and put a $50 sign on it........was gone that evening! Go figure! LOL

If I put out an old dresser, a refridge, or washer, it'll be gone in less than an hour. I swear those guys are like buzzards they can smell junk from miles away.

CurbMart was a common shopping spree in college and early married years. Had to shop somewhere with a minuscule budget.


Rule of Thumb. Never take anything with a "FREE" sign. Translated, somethings wrong with the item and the owner doesn't want to haul it.
