Doing a little research and found this. Toyota calls for LF 75W oil for the transfer case. Goes for about $55 at the dealers. Ravenol makes something called MTF-3 that is a SAE 75W that is compatible with Toyota Part 08885-81081 which is their LF 75W. Cost? $15.82 on Amazon and is free shipping when you purchase over $25. Here is a link to Ravenol's website http://www.ravenol.de/en/products/usage/d/Product/show/p/ravenol-mtf-3-sae-75w.html and to Amazon https://www.amazon.com/RAVENOL-J1C1003-Manual-Transmission-Fluid/dp/B00QPCL7ZE
The manual for the Tacoma calls for 1.1qts which is equivalent to 1 Liter. The Ravenol is packaged in 1 Liter bottles. Full synthetic and Low viscosity.
