Replacing stock antenna on 2013 Tacoma

I live in a fairly isolated area of FL and my FM reception is not very good for the stations coming from the nearest town ~ 45 miles away.
Anyone have a recommendation for a replacement that might have better FM gain/reception?

No not XM -- just regular radio. May just work with Pandora and skip radio stations all together!

You are pretty much stuck. Unless you want to use a CB antenna as a FM antenna. The stubby antennas won't do you any good.
