If i do the splindle lift 4inches with the 1500 0-3 in but put it on 1.5 inch would it makes a total of 5.5 inch.

Thats subjective.

Offroad will ride stiffer than sport and non trd coils when preloaded as offroads are progressive.

Otherwise all i can say is YES, it will ride stiffer than leaving the shocks at "0" lift height.

It will ride like a standard preloaded 5100 on a Tacoma. If you preload more for height then it will start riding harsh.

I think you mean spacer lift. Junk Country doesn't offer replacement shocks for the front.

It would be the same as going without the spindle. Getting close to 3 inches from shock preload might require upper control arms. You'll be fine at 1.5.

Yes because the spindles move the wheel down while keeping the rest of the suspension in the same spot. Coil preloading eats away at suspension downtravel to give you lift.
