Short antenna for 2014

Hello all In need of help. Bought a new 2014 double cab sport. This is my first Tacoma and first new truck so I'm pretty pumped. Looking to get a short antenna on it that won't mess up sound quality. It's got the nav also so I'm looking for recommendations and some help. Thanks

Does this affect hd radio? I'm new to this new car or deal so all this new technology is wild to me
