Slipping gears

Hey guy I'm having a bit of an issue here. I have an auto 2015 dcsb trdor. When I hit the gas it will begin to move in first then rev and jump to second causing the car to basically hit the gear hard. Thumping and jerking forward. So hard that it's made the tires chirp. Anyone else ever experience this? Thanks ahead of time

Turns out low tranny fluid..on a closed system. Wonder how that happened

its not sealed/closed as 1 commonly thinks.
They are serviceable, and someone either factory under filled it, or a machine was programmed incorrectly to fill it by a hooman.

1-2 slip and bangs are usually a good indicator of grenading. I hope that it was just a low fill situation and no damage was done.

autos are sensitive beasts, and without a dipstick its a PITA to access the fluids color or smell without proper procedures.

Its stupid, plain and simple, its stupid.

think of it as 1 of those "maint free batteries"

you know, the type that still have a large central cap to fill with water.
