Do you have to remove the tires to replace your speed sensors? And do you have to disconnect the batterie also?

I'd think it would be a good idea to disconnect the negative side of the battery.

I do suspect the wheel will need to be removed. Typically, speed sensor is buried inside the wheel hub. Somewhere in the hub is an encoder and a pickup sensor.

Hard to say specifics without knowing year, model, engine, 2 or 4 WD........
