Welcome to the forum.
If you can find a DCLB off road I’d get one. (I have one) They are great trucks. I would say the most capable and useful mid size truck I’ve ever owned. The 2018 you can now get leather interior and the JBL option. I would have if they offered leather and if I could have found one with the JBL. I upgraded speakers with kickers but I still need the sub to make it sound like I want it.
If you just want a basic 4x4 mid size truck get the SR5.

Agreed with what’s been said but I’ll add it depends on your budget and what options you can live without or wait on to add yourself later down the road. If the interior options of the SR5 are enough to make you happy then by all means save your money and go for that. Crawl control on the TRD OR is cool but I went with the TRD Sport last year because I knew I’d be using it as my daily driver and wouldn’t be off-roading with it much but wanted the extra interior stuff and the non-functional hood scoop for looks. Extra interior stuff?

Nothing, the OR has the crawl control but no hood scoop. I wanted the hood scoop but didn’t need crawl control for what I’ll mostly be doing with it.

I was referring to the interior differences between the SR5 and the TRD models, since that’s what the OP was asking about.

If all goes well I’ll be picking up the Sr5 dc lb 4x4 in red this week. I loved the way it drove and handled in the test drive and had all the features i need in a truck. Im really looking forward yo many years of trucking.
