Stereo install question

I'm getting ready to install a double-din stereo in my '10 double cab. Is there a blank panel available to remove the factory clock and install in its place?

I'd also like to remove the factory steering wheel controls and replace them with a blank cover. Is that available?

I have never seen anything to blank out the clock and steering wheel controls. Most if not all dash kits let you keep the clock and there are interfaces for the steering wheel controls.

I just left mine in, I dont think it looks bad
