Should a supercharger be added to 4x4's or it benefits a 4x2 also?

It is the same with both, but it just helps to have a 4x4, so when you launch from zero you have much better traction. Also some 4x2have limited slip (sport edition) or a locker (offroad edition) that will also help with traction. But you would be just fine with a 4x2

A supercharger makes the vehicle more powerful regardless of drivetrain. The benefit of the 4wd is the traction at launch.
