Swaying/ drifting

My old tires would wear on the edges and my truck would drift primarily to the right side of the road. I put new shocks and tires on it and it’s still doing the same thing. Also, I just got it aligned a week ago and I can tell that it’s already out of alignment. What is the problem? Ball Joints? Tie Rods?

Generally tires wearing on the outside means under inflation.
It could be ball joints or a lot of other steering component issues. When your shocks were replaced and alignment was done did they check out for other issues?

That’s the main place to start. Look at the steering/driveline components. If you’re not comfortable with the work yourself I’d take it to a dealership or a reputable shop for diagnosis.
