Tacoma 3.5L engine exhaust

We have a V6 3.5L Tacoma. One thing that bothers me is that the exhaust sounds like a lawnmower. To be honest we have always had V8s in our trucks before. We don't like loud exhaust system but wondering if something that can make the Tacoma not whine like a tonka truck.

It's going to sound worse if you mess with it. Maybe look at Banks exhaust. I had one on my 2nd gen and it was deep but it's still a V6.
