Tacoma side mirrors

I own a 2023 Tacoma and I was wondering if manually adjusting the mirrors could potentially damage the electronic system that moves the mirrors from the inside?

Imo, you don't ever want to physically force those mirrors that sit inside those housings to move. The mirrors are mounted to a plastic type fixture that uses a motor to move them up, or down front to back, plus their heated.
