Temporary fix on my chrome rear bumper

Turning all chrome on my truck into black what is a solution for the bumper?? I was thinking rhino line?? Any thoughts?

Yea you can I just wiped it down really good with some de greaser and put about 4-5 coats on, have had it on there for about 4 months no problems

If you use rhino liner, you're stuck with it. I have plasti dip on my rims, going on two years now. It's been through two Wisconsin winters and still looks good, just a few spots here and there that need some touch up.
