2017 Tacoma TRD sports. 265R17. I won't use them much, but now and them I'[ll need them. In Western WA I live over near the mountains; we get heavy wet snow that turns to miserable slick ice and immediately packs in the treads of the stock ties.
Some are stupid prices... $500 per PAIR, cable chains cheap... damn, at that price it would pay to buy studded tires (legal here).
For something in the middle, do I need integrated rim protection or is there another way?
