Hey, new here and to Tacoma. I'm buying used tires, truck has 265/70R16 can I put 265 75R16 without messing anything up? I can't find the 70R16 for a decent price

All taller tires will do is screwup your speedo reading a few mph, and deliver worse fuel economy. If these tires are E load rated fuel economy could be even worse with a crappy ride. Usually if tires are priced on sale, they're old, if you look on the manufactures date code.

Used tires. Check the date codes on those. Anything older than xx19, should be avoided.
