Toolbox backrack and a tonneau cover at once

I personally don't have that set up on mine but I've got a couple buddies who do and they seem to have no problem with it. Or at least they haven't said anything to me about it. I don't know where they got their toolboxes/racks but I know they got their tonneaus from http://www.hitchanything.com/Tonneau-Covers/.
