You can as long as it has manual lockout hubs disengaged, manual transfer case in neutral, and manual tranny in neutral.

Not to sound like too much of a smart ass. The reason I say consult the manual because sometimes the oil pump of a manual is driven off of the input shaft so flat towing with that type will damage the transmission. The manual will simply say yes or no.

Sorry, I should have clarified the distance of towing and removing the rear driveshaft. (Since it’ll be long term hauling behind an RV).
The goal is to make sure that the driveshaft isn’t turning as it can damage the tranny since the input shaft is turning as @whippersnapper02 stated. Essentially the goal is all wheels are pulling freely, completely in neutral, with no drive components engaged and turning. That’s why it’ll work with lockout hubs, manual tranny in neutral, and manual transfer case in neutral. With the Toyota pickup the rear driveshaft needs to be disengaged/removed for long hauls.
The best option for long term hauling will be on a dolly with the drive wheels off the ground.
The best thing to do is look at the manual and clarify.
I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine with a tow bar as stated but I don’t want to steer you wrong and cause you damage to a truck. There are SO many different views and opinions when it comes to flat hauling a Toyota pickup. The one thing everyone does pretty well agree on is that the driveshaft needs disengaged for long term hauling.
