Trailer Hitch Wiring

can anyone tell me where i would look on my truck to see if it already has wiring for a trailer

Here's a pic of mine, can't miss it, between spare and rear of truck. I just have a 4 way flat, a 7 pin is used for camping trailers and has extra wiring for trailer brakes and lighting for the inside of a camper. I'm good with just the 4 way. The only thing I've ever towed was a 8 ft uhaul in my PreRunner once. The only reason I bought my new class 3 receiver was for a rear recovery point required by a 4 wheelin park I plan on going to. I'll be pitching tent when camping there.
