Tune up?

I have about 111,000 miles on my 2010 and it still has the same plugs and I guess wires. I checked my fuel mileage and it's down to 17.70 per mile. I did put different fuel in it so I'm checking it with the fuel I have been running if it still the same I'm going to do a tune up. What all should I change plugs , wires , maybe a fuel filter?

It's a COP ignition system so no wires. The fuel filter is an in tank sock that cannot be changed easily. The plugs themselves should be changed every 30K miles on the V6.

Heres what came out of my fuel filter at approx 30K. I used the urd remote filter kit.
The lady doesnt seem to care i used this glass and chucked it
