Vibration problems 97 Taco when braking

I have had a vibration problem when braking with my 97 Taco 4WD. So far have replaced the rotors and pads twice, new rack and tie rod end and the driver’s side hub. Vibration has not changed and the two shops I have taken it to have no idea what could be causing it. Any help in what to try next is appreciated.

I got some leaky tie rod boot going on that some monkey shop busted up bad Taking a short cut last year

Yes fairly new tires.
