Washer fluid container

So I have a 2000 Tacoma and the clear plastic has cracks in it. would it affect the washer fluid. Also I have considered duct tape. And for those screaming at their phones at what I’ve just said, I am 16 and this is my first vehicle.
 
Thanks for the welcome! But I’m afraid it’s the neck that’s cracked. If I could take a picture I could show you. It’s a long neck coming from the reservoir. I was thinking of putting caulking but I failed to mention that with my first post. I think I might be able to find a good one at a junk yard if I look hard enough.
 
Junkyard works.......then again, it they want too much money new is an option also......looks like there's different tanks for different models of your year.
