Water Condensation Passenger Floor 2002 Tacoma TRD V6

I am the sole owner of this vehicle. In the past month, I noticed I occasionally have a damp front passenger floor. It does not leak when it rains. It does not leak all the time. I have cleaned out the condensation tube. It seems when I run the air conditioner it is not a problem. Yesterday, I ran just the blower for most of a trip and I noticed the floor was damp. I have rubber floor mats. Any suggestions on the cause of this condensation issue and how to fix it would be appreciated.
 
Hows the air cabin filter,if it has one? If it doesn’t,,How’s the charge on the A/C? If the charge is low,it’s Possible it’s Frosting or freezing the coil....or is evap coil clean? If the Evaps dirty,maybe the blower is pulling the water off the coil!
2002,not sure about cabin filter .any dogs in the car ,maybe coil matted with hair?
If the coil is frosting or Freezing,,it may block the drain and drip we’re ever the water can go.. just some things to check.

Thank you for the feedback. I will keep your insight in mind as I move forward.
 
There is a pan under the evaporator that has a drain line that runs near the passenger side front wheel well. You will see random black hose that sits over your frame. Run your AC for a few minutes and see if there is any water coming from that line. If not then you may have a clogged evaporator drain line. A simple piece of solid copper wire or a sturdy zip tie should make short work of the clog. If you have condensation dripping then start looking at your heat exchanger a.k.a. heater core. Check your coolant level. If your coolant is low, top it off and check the level whenever you have condensation on your passenger floor.

Thanks for your feedback. I did as you suggested. The condensation line is dripping OK. I am not noticing water on the passenger floor. I do notice condensation buildup on outside of the AC Evaporator housing in the passenger side, which I do believe has contributed to wetness on the floor. I am still monitoring the amount of water. So far, not like it was; however, I had a rubber mat on the floor, which I removed, and I believe when in place seemed to show more wetness. Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
