Water in sliding rear window channel?

Rain water has been collecting in sliding rear window channel. I changed 3rd brake light thinking that was the culprit but to no avail! Anybody experience this problem?
 
If it's in the channel where water is suppose to drain maybe the drain holes are plugged and not letting the water drain out properly.
 
Yes inside truck. found the answer? Drain holes are restricted. Toyota had notification to dealers back in 2010. My truck has been garaged since 2009. Recently lost spot due to kids car. I need 3 more years with truck b4 I can update. I see pin hole rust starting in 2 spots. Damn shame another vehicle mechanically sound lost to the rust belt.
