Make sure it’s not rubbing the hood and causing damage. They can be known to flex at highway speeds and high wind causing rubbing and paint wear.

Had one on my B4000 and did flex rub at high speeds. Went to an electronic store and bought 6 of those adhesive backed rubber feet they use on the bottom of computers. Spaced em across the underside of the shield. No more problems!
