Weird liquid sound when I'm driving. Sounds like liquid sloshing around

Sounds like liquid is sloshing around my engine bay when I drive. When I'm idle it sounds like a weird trickle. Any ideas on the culprit?
 
Do other people hear it? You might have an ear infection, and no I'm not being a smartass, at least not this time.
 
Plugged with dirt where heater and A/C Drains from, run semi rigid wire through drain hose tube !Check at heater core area behind glove box and replace cabin filter too, may be wet and dirty !
