The manual calls for 87. That's all you need.
Higher octane doesn't mean more power and MPGs unless ethanol content is lower.

I get 10-11 mph after my lift kit was installed I put a 6 inch kit and I'm running on 17 inch fuels rims and 35s toyo tires
