noticeable increase in fuel consumption, losing 50 tacoMiles per tank of tacoJuice... what is going on?

getting a new front O2 sensor would be like 'throwing parts at this' issue or whut?
Why stop there, just get a fresh new complete engine, emission, and fuel system. You already replaced just about all the other components in that truck. I've come to the conclusion many of these gen1 owners are strange birds that lack critical thinking, or maybe just too young to know any better. They rather constantly complain about their issues, than put an end to them.
Bottom line, time for a new truck. I think my brother is going to jump ship, he doesn't like where toyota is going. He's gotten pretty serious about owning a ford maverick, saying its time his hybrid rave4 finds a new owner.

i think i meant UPSTREAM 02 sensor, not front 02 sensor lmao
Toyota tech friend of mine recommends all new o2 sensors every 100k if your one of those mpg freaks that likes clean air.
As far as transmissions being rebuilt....as long as they used the same gear ratios, fuel economy should be the same. Doesn't take much intelligence to rebuild a manual stock transmission. I rebuilt my 4 speed munice to crash shift in my drag car a few times after I blew up 3rd gear.

My nephew got a new Ranger they're nice rides better than tacos and it's got more power and smoother!

Gotta admit since I recently put new kumho tires on my truck, it's gotta great quiet smooth ride, not that it ever rode bad with the firestones, but it's noticeably better on all surfaces with these new tires. Just turned 37k miles.
Your truck appears longer than my old tundra...how is turning it in a tight area? You needed a field on my gen1 tundra to do a 180. With my gen3 access cab tacoma it feels like 1/2 the space needed.

I like kuhmos , better than firestones I've been thinking of the Nexan Roadians , it has a decent turning radius ,like no problem at stop lights pulling a left u turn I've never had to back up in the middle of a turn, yes she's a little long backing in sometimes if the parking slots are skinny and stupid people park crooked or crowd the lines .My wife hates parking it cuz the scoop sticks up and she's 5'1" ,it has back up cam but no front one, I've been thinking of an aftermarket one for the grille. Didn't they come on them starting around 2020? Its about the same length as my '03 access cab tundra but it's about 2 inches skinnier. I measured them when I first got it before I sold the '03
