Well it's one thing if one has a handicap, but any halfway healthy adult should be able to change this belt without taking days to do it. I can tell you being 73 years old, and a stroke survivor, it's no longer easy for me to do jobs as quickly as I once did. I'm at the point now, other than routine maintenance I'll trust others to do the bigger stuff. It just eats me up seeing what I was able to accomplish when younger. I wasn't afraid of any job too big.
Btw, newer heard of removing the grill for a serpentine belt replacement 8, 6, or 4 cylinder.
