Yes it is a RCI bed rack for a short bed. They make one for a long bed as well. Couldn't pass up the deal even though I have a long bed.

I went with my tried and true DDM tuning 4500k 55w digital slim ballast HID's have had them on 3 bikes and 5 cars and I have never had an issue. Love them on my 2017 TRD off road
