Led or hid headlight / fog bulbs

Looking into getting hid or led headlight / fog light bulbs any suggestions name brand and wattage

I went with my tried and true DDM tuning 4500k 55w digital slim ballast HID's have had them on 3 bikes and 5 cars and I have never had an issue. Love them on my 2017 TRD off road
