1994 pickup 3vze will not start

I have a 1994 Toyota pickup with a 3vze engine with 340,000 mi. and it will not start. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, injectors, fuel regulator, spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, distributor rotor, and thermo time switch. The cold start injector while trying to start, sprays fuel about a second and shuts off. The cold start injector connector has power testing from battery ground to power terminal in the connector and after it stops spraying while trying to start. What can it be? Help!

Have you verified the engine has got adequate compression, spark, and fuel pressure? Throwing random parts into it solves nothing. At 340k, it just might be too tired.
