1998 radiator support ?????

I just got my new radiator support and I want to know if there is any write ups on the removal and installation.
 
Or just some pointers on the process in general. Is the original welded in or bolted? Can I just bolt the new one in or should I weld it?
 
I have a 99' and my rad support is welded. Just lightly tho, but will have to use a cutting wheel or something to remove it. I was going to replace mine and just bolt it back in or use a TIG, it looks simple enough either way. That's all I can say since I went a whole different route with mine.
