2000 Tacoma 4x4 front bearings

Hey guys!

I have a 00 4x4 and I believe my front bearings are shot. Trucks got 212k on it and I can hear them kind of making a small skreeching sound. Can I just buy the hub and bearing assy’s, throw them on and roll? If you guys could give me some insight that would be great!

Looks like the bearings are sold separately, can I reuse the hubs?

Does the old shake the tire trick on these work to check for play?

I got the same problem in my 02. Haven't had much luck on here either. Tacomaworld.com much more info on the subject.
