2004 Prerunner double cab- pulsation in front end when brakes applied

My mechanic replaced the brakes front and back and yet I still got the pulsation. He couldn't fix it said he thought it was ABS Solenoid that would need to be addressed by dealer. Dealer says it's a tie rod, replaced the outer and still has play will be replacing inner rod tomorrow, running out of money, any advice!
 
Both tie rods replaced, still pulsating, dealer is stumped, not sure what to try next, dealer is thinking it could be the driveshaft, sounds expensive to me
 
Dealer ruled out driveshaft, enacted ABS and all worked correctly with pulsation, so ruled out ABS issues. Still stumped, dealer sending me back to repair shop that installed the brakes to re-place and re-install. Repair shop suggest replacing calipers and hoses. Both shops being very nice to work with but frustrating not to know what the problem is, all ideas appreciated!
 
Warped rotors? Failed bearing? Both easy to check. Don't trust mechanics. Google how to do the checks yourself.
 
I've seen a few times where brand new after market rotors cause a pulsation. After machining the new rotors, pulsation went away.
Don't rule this out.
Talk to your mechanic about it.
Replacing calipers and brake lines seems like he is all out of ideas and just replacing anything related to the brakes.

Shoot, sorry for the late reply. Safely lift the front end up first. Then you'll want to feel for loose bearings by aggressively rocking the wheels top and bottom and the axles back and forth. Also spin them and listen for a gravel sound.
 
Sounds like warped rotors to me. Did they replace or machine them in the brake job? Shady mechanics will slap fresh pads on and call it good.But it's not.
