Coil spacers add preload to the coil which does make the ride stiffer just like when you crank coilovers or just like when you raise the lower mount on 5100s. Top plate spacers space the whole assembly down which can cause the shock to bottom out internally which can lead to shaft bending.

So before you claim that someone doesn't know anything, check your own facts.

Maybe you don't understand. You will get stress either way from bilsteins or spacers. Look up any video of guys that loan just like you their expensive gear and you will notice even they get stuck and need a pull out of the tough terrain. You are just as capable with billet spacers as you are shocks. Now, I assume you pay only in credit card for your gear because you don't have the upfront cash to prove otherwise. Run along and tank the economy my little Bernie supporter you.

I didn't say stress though. I said coil preload does make the ride stiffer. Then I said top plate spacers move the whole assembly down which can cause internal bottoming out and has caused people to bend shafts. 5100s and adjustable coilovers don't space anything down but moving the bottom perch up or cranking the coilovers will make the ride stiff. New shocks provide better dampening unlike spacers that are just a chunk of material.

What do my finances have to do with anything here. Bernie supporter? So you just go financial and political when you have nothing to say? I bet most of your social media posts say the same thing. Usually people with small brains take that route. I've seen your kind before, you show up out of nowhere when no one asked for you, quote and comment on old posts with your "knowledge" thinking you're getting an upper hand and then disappear into the pathetic existence you live all while thinking you won. Did you just say that spacers are material? Really? What are shocks? You also assume I run spacers when I defend them. You also assumed that I was broke by having spacers. What does money have to do with anything? There are plenty of people on here that have problems with bilsteins. You just tried to reverse psychology me when you know you are in the wrong. You wouldn't have done that otherwise. Since you want to play it that way, stay in Cali and keep to your 35 year old self. People like you usually have anxiety and tend suppress that by taking past experiences and correlating them to others making it seem like you already knew. I'm right.

I did say you were a broke ass but I changed it out to not be so petty. I can see when I'm doing it unlike yourself.

Yes spacers are just material. Engineering is minimal and they are sold at a ridiculous upcharge for what basically is a block of materal. You can do the same with a block of wood.

Ah yes the state of which I live in and my age comes up too in your posts with your type. Have you tried to facebook stalk me yet? Also your a physiologist all of a sudden?
