IMG_4138.jpegHello everyone, I'm selling my 2011 Tacoma TRD Sport. I bought the truck a year ago with big plans for it. Those plans unfortunately never materialized so I've decided to sell the truck.

The truck is a great truck, but it does have some tire wear issues up front. In the year I've owned it it's gotten new lower control arms, new front wheel bearings, new front axles and upper control arm uniballs. The tires were shot before I had the work done and I still haven't changed them out. I personally bought it because I wanted to put air lockers, 35s and long travel on it. I was always getting different wheels and tires, but I kind of lost motivation and I really don't have the money to do with it what I want anymore.

Because I'm trying to sell the truck with problems it's been a hard sell on Marketplace and on Craigslist. Everyone wants to low ball me significantly. I signed up here to sell my truck because I feel like a Tacoma guy might be a better buyer in general for the truck...

Here's what's done to the truck (if it wasn't clear, I am not the original builder):

*Camburg UCAs
*Fox DCS coilovers w/reservoirs
*Fox Smooth Bodies w/reservoirs
*Old Man Emu Leaf Springs
*Method Racing Wheels
*33 inch mud terrains
*BruteForce Fab Rear Bumper w/spotlights
*CaliRaised Rock Sliders
*FireStone RideRite Airbags
*Kicker Sub
*Touch Screen headunit

The truck is a 4.0 v6 with an automatic. Truck is a TRD Sport and a TX-Pro (not sure what that is exactly). There's a little bit of rust on the rocksliders and in a few spots here and there. It's not bad right now, but that might get worse if it sits longer. The paint is mostly good. A few rock chips and what not here and there.

Truck will need tires and the front suspension gone over. I think the price takes into account that it's going to need a little bit of tlc to get her right but still best offer. I don't really know what to say here I'm just trying to be as honest as possible without scaring potential buyers away lol.

I'm motivated to sell it but I won't just give it away. Willing to consider most reasonable offers.

I'm more of a Subaru guy than an offroad guy these days. Ideally, I want to trade it for Subaru WRX STI or a WRX with the STI 6-speed swap already done. I'm interested in vehicles with a clean title or a salvage/rebuilt title, depending on the car. I am also interested in Legacy GT's with a turbo and a manual transmission. Possibly other Japanese cars with a manual too. I cannot put any cash on top under any circumstances. I'm only looking for a straight trade unless you have something worth a little less and need to put cash on top yourself. Thanks.

I'm asking $13,000 or best offer. Text me: 775-481-5330.

Truck is located near Carson City, NV.

All in all no matter how much work, or mods you have into that truck, it's still only worth what the book value at best for a 2011 access cab 4wd. 4.0 auto TRD Sport, and what options it came with. Condition, and mileage plays a big part to, in which the mileage should have been listed. On another note, once those mods are done, it becomes a lot harder when it comes time to sell the truck. You need to find that special someone, which usually leads to giving the truck away at a major loss, or sitting on it forever.
