2014 Carpet Problems

After Using vac carpet looks like mohair,took to dealer today and they said normal wear and tear ?
2014 double cab,22000 miles.
Anyone else with this problem?
 
The carpet mats are kinda crappy, but I'm more concerned with the occasional shock I get when getting out of my truck... Just sneaks up on a dude
